A.T. Computing Services Ltd was founded on the experience of the directors of implementing and using computerised accounting systems in a number of earlier positions. This was done as it was considered that others offering these services did not have the background or experience of working in companies with the profile of their prospective customers.

This experience was largely in manufacturing companies and included implementing standard costing, controlling and reducing costs and consequently improving profitability.
