During this time I started by reporting production and analysing the manufacturing cost variances. I became more involved in purchase variance analysis and inventory reporting.

Finally I assumed responsibility for standard costing.

During this time I was involved in two computer system implementations, firstly going from an in-house IBM System 3 to STC’s bureau service and then to a standard CMC Reality system on an in-house mini computer system
